Bolt the steel angle down

Bring the cover around the drum

Lock the Timesaver in place

Insert pry bar under lock bar

Unlock the Timesaver

Step 3

Unbolt the cover from the anvil keyway

Step 4

Remove the remaining blankets

Rotation schedule

To maximize blanket life and cutting quality, Timesaver™ blankets must be rotated on a regular basis. We recommend rotation every 100,000 impressions or once a week, whichever comes first. You will find a rotation schedule with every shipment of anvil covers.
